Refund policy
UE SHIPPING
According to regulations, customers in the European Union have the right to a return within 14 days.
You can request a refund or exchange, but the item must be in the same condition as when it was shipped. We are very careful about this and ship everything in perfect condition. It must have its original packaging and tags attached.
The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Once we receive the package, we will inspect the product, and if everything is in order, we will process the exchange or refund to the account where the order was placed.
INTERNATIONAL
We cannot accept refunds or exchanges for orders outside the European Union.
Refunds are only issued if the customer covers all return shipping costs, taxes, customs fees, or any other expenses incurred during the return process.
The item must be in perfect condition, with its original packaging and tags attached.
In both cases, proof of purchase is required.

Damages and Defects
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can address the issue as quickly as possible.

International Orders – Customs and Taxes
Buyers outside the EU are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or additional charges levied by customs or the shipping company in their country of origin.
These costs are not included in the final item price or shipping costs and are the customer's responsibility.
Failure to pay customs duties may result in the package being returned.
In that case, shipping costs already paid are non-refundable, and additional return shipping costs may be deducted from any exchange or store credit.
